Amorphous Alloy Dry Type Transformer has achieved a qualitative leap in the field of fire and explosion protection with its revolutionary material properties and structural innovation.
1. Low-loss materials lay the foundation for safety
The hysteresis loss of amorphous alloy strips is more than 80% lower than that of traditional silicon steel sheets, and its unique atomic arrangement structure makes the core operating temperature 15-20℃ lower than that of conventional products. Experimental data show that under the same load, the hot spot temperature on the surface of the amorphous core is 8-12℃ lower than that of silicon steel transformers, which fundamentally suppresses the risk of thermal runaway.
2. Multi-layer composite insulation system
Nomex® paper with a temperature resistance of H grade (180℃) and above and epoxy resin vacuum casting technology are used to form a three-dimensional insulation system. The oxygen index of this structure is ≥28% (ASTM D2863 standard), and it can maintain no combustion expansion for 30 minutes in an 800℃ open flame test, and its flame retardant performance reaches the highest level of UL V-0.
3. Intelligent temperature control protection design
Integrated distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system, 12-18 temperature measurement points are arranged for each phase coil, and the AI algorithm is used to achieve ±1℃ precision monitoring. When abnormal temperature is detected, the system can start three-level linkage protection within 0.5 seconds: 1) forced air cooling acceleration; 2) load dynamic adjustment; 3) non-electric mechanical tripping and power off.
4. Pressure relief box structure
The patented V-shaped pressure relief channel adopts a titanium alloy honeycomb structure. In the event of an internal arc fault (IEC 60076-11 standard test), the pressure wave can be directed and exported within 5ms, and the pressure relief efficiency reaches 98%. The entire box has passed the 200kPa explosion impact test, and the structural deformation rate is <0.1%.
5. Fully sealed anti-fouling design
The 2.5mm resin layer formed by the vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) process, combined with the IP54 protection level box, effectively isolates the penetration of combustible dust and corrosive gases. According to third-party testing, it can run continuously for 3000 hours in a hydrogen-containing environment (4% H2 concentration) without performance degradation.
6. Double ground fault protection
The innovatively designed double-shielded equipotential system limits the leakage current to less than 0.5mA/m. When a ground fault occurs, the patented magnetic balance device can establish a reverse magnetic field within 10ms, attenuating the short-circuit current to less than 3% of the rated value, completely eliminating the conditions for spark generation.
